My experience there was very bad they left me leave there with 3 " swollen " lug nuts which I found out was bullshit. Only the plastic coating goes bad on a so called swollen lug nut. My new garage simply very easily tightened my "swollen lug nuts. I could have lost a tire on a highway some where. Because of these people. After getting my car back I noticed a never before rattling noise. I took it my newly found garage. And when they told me what they found I was furious at this location for sending me back home with a tire that was not properly tightened. Once they knew my car was not going to pass inspection they then turned their eyesight on the emissions part. And of course I had a problem there also. Turns out I needed a new gas cap. Unbelievable well at least if my car would have flipped from a wobbling tire at least no gas would have leaked out because of my new gas cap. This is the second time I allowed these people to take advantage of me. I priced a part that was needed after a computer diagnostic test from a friend. I priced the part and it was 25 dollars my bill with this place was 600 dollars. I had no choice I was stuck at there garage. Because my car would go over 5

Had a flat tire trying to leave work on a Friday afternoon. Even though it was Friday afternoon, team was accommodating. They didn’t have the tire in stock but sent someone to get one. Good and reliable shop.

They run an honest business. I always leave there feeling like they have my best interest at heart. Always great customer service, and car care at Bills's Napa, from beginning, (calling or emailing for an appointment,) being greated and welcomed upon arrival, to having my car taken care of whether that be an oil change, an inspection, or whatever else the case may be. They are a bunch of great people here!

I was experiencing some feedback through my steering wheel that had me concerned, I called H&B shortly before them closing and they made time to test drive my vehicle.. and they gave me a honest diagnosis that was due to uneven tire wear. Some shops might of tried to pinpoint to a bad wheel bearing..for this I am appreciative of Bill who is the owner and took care of me. I will definitely deal with this shop in the future! Also the lady behind the counter was very warm and welcoming. Thanks guys!
